How long will it take to have a question set approved/rejecter?

I posted two question sets last week; they are both still in the "approved for friends only" category.
I would like to post more question sets, but I am not willing to spend my time on making quizzes until I know if the approval process is actually working.
Do I need to do something to get them approved or should I just continue waiting?
