Statistics!
The loot system already attracts people who enjoys a little bit of number crunching, so why not a statistics page, maybe tucked away under My Info? The idea does, to some extent, overlap with medals, but I'd still kill for a spider web diagram showing my correct answer percentage across different categories. :)
