Wrong Counting Mastery Points

I have a problem with Mastery Points.
I've got now, for example, 27 points for Science&Nature from total 61 points.
The game write me that I have 22% chance for Science. But 27 from 61 is about 44%.
How could you repair this bug?

I think that the Mastery Points are more complicated than just simple percentages. For example, I have a hundred mastery points on Sports and Leisure, but my percentage is 70. There is some complicated algorithm, I'm sure.

You pressume right dipayaban :) The more percent you spend on a certain category the more it costs.
